Description

EPMSaveComment

Enables you to enter or modify a comment for a full set of members in a specified cell.

EPMDimensionOverride

Overrides the member selection for a specific report. You can calculate parameter and put in some cells. Use this function to dynamically display report by parameters.

EPMMemberID

Retrieves the unique name of a specified dimension member that is included in a report.

EPMUser

Retrieves the login for the specified connection.

EPMEnvDatabaseID

Retrieves the name of the environment or database for the specified connection.

EPMModelCubeID

Retrieves the name of the model or cube for the specified connection.

EPMAxisOverride

Overrides one or more dimensions (and their members) for a specified axis (row or column axis).

EPMCopyRange

Enables you to add and repeat the content of a range of cells until you reach the bottom (columns) or right side (rows) of a report.

How to activate web interface for BPC NW

I am using BPC NW 10.1. After successfully installed BPC, I cannot manage to login the web interface as expected.

I am not a Basis guy so I missed st out. After some searches, I found that profile is not loaded, as ICM parameter need to be set in profile.

After that I need to to restart server and check the service BPCWEBCLIENT again:

Of course, I try to activate indicated ICF nodes.

Try again and I got this

Okay, let try again, this time, I can see login screen pop out. And I could successfully logged in.

But wait, another error 😦

It turned out that I didn’t use the correct URL. The correct one is http://<<server>>:<<port>>/sap/epm/bpc/web/index.html
